Summary: Parking could be challenging, limited spots. Outdated beds and linens extremely uncomfortable. Guests above us easily heard walking around. Could be nicer accommodations, like bed/pillows and better curtains that actually block light. But at the end of the day, prime location on the River, right on main street restaurants/shopping and River cruise launch.

Summary: I have stayed in many hotels, some very high-end, and Capt. Thompson's Resort is my favorite, by far. My room was directly on the water, facing Boldt Castle. The view is amazing, and the room and the linens (even the blankets, which hotels typically do not wash every time) smelled amazing. The location right in town is great too, you can walk to shops, restaurants and Uncle Sam's Boat Tours. I've stayed there probably 10 times, and I plan to go back year after year. Well worth the price!

Summary: Best view you can get. We booked a two bed suite on the first floor in the corner overlooking the harbour and the castle. Best location in town. Right next to the ferry to Boldt Castle. Really convenient. Really helpful staff. Cute little town.

Summary: We had NO internet for the entire 3 night stay. each time i went to the office i was told something different. i know it does not ruin a vacation but an inconvenience. Room was nice but mouse keeping not great. They brought towels, but did not make the bed. did not clean crumbs we got on floor.

Summary: The staff was VERY friendly. They had the room stocked with the extra stuff we asked for. The coffee, cream and flavored water was ever plentiful. And no time limit for when you could get a fresh cup of coffee. The balcony was such an added plus! Unexpected. We were running late checking out and I couldn’t find the extra key… the ladies were very patient and allowed me to search for it! Found it! All around no complaints at all! Thank you. There were no loud voices, walking overhead or outside distracting noise. Extremely quiet! Allowed dogs too. No barking was heard.
